Delivery and Returns Policy

UK Shipping

Items will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class post. The cost is calculated based upon the weight of your total order. As some items are made to order please allow up to one week for dispatch.

Free Delivery on all orders over £40 by Royal Mail 2nd Class post.

International Shipping

Please contact us for prices if you require shipping outside the UK. Any customs/additional charges payable on arrival into the destination country is the responsibility of the customer.

​Returns of unused items will be accepted within 14 days from the date of your order. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or it is not as described on our website. Please contact us to request a return.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on custom orders once the item has been made. ​This does not affect your statutory rights.
